I just wanted to write and tell you how fantastic the Hog Roast you provided us with on Saturday was.

The chef and his assistant were really lovely, polite, helpful, clean and tidy.  The Hog was purely mouthwatering, and the crackling was out of this world, people commented to me that it was the best crackling they had tasted, the salads were lovely and well presented.  From the time the chef and his assistant got to us till the time they left, they worked non-stop,  never made a sound, or got in the way, and tidyed up after very quietly, swiftly and it looked like they had never been when they left – please thank them for me.

All I can say is thank you and if I have the opportunity I will recommend your company to family and friends if they are thinking of doing a Hog Roast.

Just a quick note to say thanks to you and Helen for the hog roast last week.

Despite being probably the worse day weather wise, you were both extremely professional in your delivery, and the FMS crew were talking of the success of the hog roast for most of the weekend.

I hope it wasn’t too long a journey back home  (apologies that the client kept changing the service times).
